1 Geri Pasquin (Ms. Pasquin) appeals the trial courts grant of summary judgment to defendants. We are without jurisdiction over the Estate of Kory Pasquin (the Estate) and thus dismiss the appeal as to the Estate. Regarding the trial courts ruling that Ms. Pasquins lifetime employment and partnership claims were barred by the statute of frauds, we reverse and remand for further proceedings consistent with this opinion. We also remand all Ms. Pasquins other contract and tort claims against defendants. Finally, we disregard Ms. Pasquins claims against the Duffins for breach of fiduciary duty because Ms. Pasquin has failed to brief that issue adequately.
